    Role Expectations

    The successful candidates’ specific functions include:
        Selling of ticket to passengers
        Accept payment and make change available for passengers
        Effective Cash handling
        Ensures orderliness of the passengers at the terminus
        Make sure all passengers are with certified ticket stamp by the company
        Must display patience in stressful situations
        Ready to work at any hour, including night, weekends and holidays
        Ability to process and on-boarding passengers
        Ability to work without close supervision
        A well groomed appearance, respect for details and accuracy, a pleasant and courteous manner are essential

        Academic: First school leaving certificate, OND will be an added advantage.
        Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ Experience

    Key Skills:
        Good communication and interpersonal skills;
        Attention to details
        Basic mathematical skills
        Delivering excellence
        Ability to work under pressure
        Ability to work independently.
