Purpose of the position:

To ensure that FMCL products are visible and properly merchandise at Point Of Purchase

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure Affordability, Availability, Visibility and Accessibility of all FMCL products in all relevant outlets in the assigned route.

Functional Responsibilities:

    Draw up Route plans
    At least 25 calls per day, 70% productive calls with minimum sales of #120,000
    Ensure proper display/merchandising of the products in neighborhood stores.
    Sales strictly on Cash basis
    Collect Data and reconciliation
    Synchronizing TAB sales on daily basis.
    Ensure value chain compliance and implementation
