Job Description

    Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
    Brand building; informing customers of the positive impact of organization’s activity
    Showing empathy towards customer’s issues.
    Providing up to date, accurate and appropriate information to customers.
    Inputs and update subscriber information as required.
    Log on service request for action.
    Providing customer feedback to management for improvement
    Optimum utilization of Customer Relationship Management systems/tools.
    Achieving set target.
    Up selling and Cross selling internet packages
    Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
    Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
