Job Title: Graduate Account/ Admin Officer
B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Financial Management or Social Sciences is required.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience overall obtained from a well-structured corporate entity
Be Proficient in the use of Accounting Software(s) such as SAGE etc
Ability to prepare monthly financial accounts is compulsory
Possess good report writing skills
Be able to effectively use MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Possess effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good Administrative skills
Must be able to prepare monthly financial reports for Admin department, review purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
Accounting, Audit, Tax
Receive post & Reconcile revenues on a daily basis.
Manage Petty Cash
Track and disburse Admin expenses, receipts and other financial transactions.
Procurement of supplies, maintenance of supplies and equipment in adequate stock and condition.
